“They don't keep you updated on any regarding your case,they don't sent all what needs to be sent,I've been dealing with them for nearly four years and never been told the truth, until I rang the insurance company asking questions only to get told that I was to tell my lawyer what to do next,I was not at fault for the car accident I had.I went to Sydney in pain,don't call to inform me that what is happening,I Don't recommend these lawyers, Before any one goes for a claim make sure you are MORE than10 percent if under 10\ don't even waste your time running around,they w ill send you to Drs five times.I would like to like to up date every one on my claim, the result was a very good one and very surprised with the amount, I would like to say thank you to Sareeya and Trinh for the understanding with me but some of the conumcation needs to be fixed,between other team members,thank you ladies for all the hard work you did for me .good luck for your future in law.
