Rad founded Gajic Lawyers in Cabramatta 1985.
From the beginning, his priority has always been to keep the focus of the law firm on the needs of clients. Consequently, he is committed to the adoption of technology that drives better outcomes for people seeking compensation.
As Principal Lawyer and as the person who gives his name to the firm, Rad understands the trust that every client places in Gajic Lawyers. He knows that clients expect their claims to be prepared thoroughly, with respect for their time and without delays, and that everything possible should be done to seek the best results in every case.
His career began in 1983 when he graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Economics and Law, after which he worked in the Tax Law division of a top-tier accounting firm and in some suburban law firms, first in Berala and then in Fairfield. As well as giving him vital experience in the relationship between the law and everyday life, the work Rad did in those years motivated him to set up his own practice.
On 8 July 1985, he started Gajic Lawyers with one secretary, no files and a two-room office in Cabramatta. With its success in compensation cases, the practice had grown substantially. By 2011 the firm’s reach had expanded so much that a second office was opened in March 2012 in Parramatta.
Gajic Lawyers now employs in excess of 30 staff including solicitors, paralegals and support staff. It has now reached its ideal size: it is big enough to handle any scale of compensation claim and to see clients’ cases as far as they need to go, while also being small enough to offer a personal connection with all its clients.
