About the Local Business Awards
The Local Business Awards are an annual programme run by Precedent Productions, recognising and celebrating outstanding local businesses across communities throughout Australia. The programme is open to all local businesses, with finalists selected based on the number of nominations received from the public. Finalists then provide additional information that is assessed by a panel of anonymous, impartial judges, who select the category winners.
According to the Fairfield City Local Business Awards page, the awards aim to pay tribute to the local community’s best businesses, strengthen the bonds between businesses and the community, and provide businesses with a meaningful stamp of approval as one of their community’s leading businesses.
