Damon is a HR Professional with extensive experience in various roles including Human Resources Management, Business Development, Marketing and IT Solutions.
Graduating from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology Information Systems and a Bachelors of Business in Human Resource Management, Damon is positioned to actively provide full-spectrum support to the teams, ensuring compliance and an efficient work environment.
Since joining Gajic Lawyers as the Human Resource Manager, Damon’s role has expanded to oversee Marketing, IT and Workflow Support while ensuring the firm adapts to the needs of its employees, clients and the legal industry.
Outside of work, Damon enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and trying foods from different countries.
